Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel, Sofia

My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable overall. The rooms were somewhat comfortable, and the food was delicious. However, the temperature in the room was too hot at times. Despite the previous management responses on coffee and tea making, my experience was positive in that regard.

Despite some downsides, the hotel had its charm and offered a pleasant stay.
